Lewis Charles Harlow born January 22nd, 1942, of Bear River First Nation joined his loved ones in heaven on December 19th, 2015. Charlie was a hunter, fisherman, and woodsman. He was a survivor of the Shubenacadie Residential School. He was pre-deceased by his parents, James and Sarah (Pictou) Harlow; his brothers, Joe, Fred, Billy, Allan and brother in infancy. His sisters, Dorothy, Bernice, Louise and sister in infancy. He is survived by his sister, Patricia (Ira) Robar; sister in-laws, Violet, Leah and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby (902-245-2525). No visitation. The funeral service will take place at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bear River First Nation, on December 22nd, 2015 at 11am. Reception to follow at the Health Centre Community Room.
