Marjorie Edith Tucker

Tucker, Marjorie Edith age 71, Bangor, Digby Co. and formerly of Marshalltown, passed away July 23, 2015 in Digby General Hospital. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Lucy and Earl Butler. Marge was liked by many who knew her, loved to be around people and cooked for everyone. She was a joy to have as a friend and a blessing to have as a mother. Surviving are her friend, Jamie; daughter, Cindy Amero (Kevin) Gulliver’s Cove; sons, John (Lucy) Tucker; George (Valerie) Tucker, both of Ont.; brother, Wallace McDonald and partner Robert Hlywka, Ont.; grandmother to Chelsy Amero (Shaun), Mathew Amero (Anya), Amy Tucker, April Tucker, Jessica Tucker and Johnathon Tucker (Corinne), great- grandmother to Chloe Mitchell, Hayden Amero, Jack Tucker, Camilla Tucker and Bruce Tucker. She was predeceased by mother, Lucy; father, Earl, biological father, Roy Robinson; brothers, Eddie, Joe, John, Bill, Roy, Ray; sister, Ada and infant sister, Elizabeth. No visitation by request. A celebration of life service will be held 11am Thursday from Jaynes Funeral Home, 7 Birch St. Digby (902-245-2525). Rev. Mel Malton will officiate.
