In her earlier years, she was a waitress at the Fundy Restaurant for Bill Troupe, and spent many years at National Seafoods. Many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews found a home with her at some point in their young lives. She enjoyed gathering her large family, friends and neighbours to share in home- cooked meals that would feed an army and there was always room for one more at her table. She had a green thumb and it showed in her beautiful gardens and house plants. She was an avid gardener and spent countless hours creating many beautiful lawn gardens. She had an abundance of love for cats. Along with gardening, she also enjoyed quilting, the New York Times puzzle, and jigsaw puzzles. We all loved her dearly and will miss her forever.
