Shawn will be remembered for his wisdom, he could fix anything and he was one of the best fisherman in the fleet. He loved trips out in his boat, if it was beach combing, dulsing or just steaming around the bay. He loved to listen to music, cook, make kippers, laugh with friends and was always making deals. Shawn was an amazing father who taught his daughter all that he could in what time he had here on earth. Shawn enjoyed time with his cousin Chandler if it was fixing something or just having a yarn.
Besides his mother, Judy (Gary Beyea), Shawn is survived by his spouse, Chelsy Amero and daughter, Chloe Mitchell (Digby Neck); sisters, Emily Mitchell (Luke Goulden), Leah LeClair (Dave DeWolfe); aunts and uncles, Marion and Doug Smith, Dorothy and Burt Mitchell, Diane Mitchell, Jim Ayres, Alison Hewey, Nancy Gidney, Sarah Frost, Travis Frost, Dewy (Darlene) Ayres, Lloyd (Kim) Ayres; nieces and nephews, Zoey Mitchell, Brinlee Goulden, Cody DeWolfe, Hayden Amero, Aylee Hamm, Tanner Amero; grandmothers, Violet Mitchell, Mildred Ayres.
