Francisco Ruiz Villanueva, age 69, of Visalia, California passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024. He was born in Michoacan, Mexico on July 7, 1955. Francisco came to the United States at 13 years of age, settling in Barstow, California. He moved to Tulare county in 1976 where he met his future wife, Maria J. Trevino. Francisco and Maria were married on April 25, 1980. Together they raised two children, son Juan Francisco Ruiz and daughter Raquel Ruiz.

Left to treasure Francisco's memory are his wife and children; grandsons, Elias Joel and Julian Andres; brothers, Jose Luis, Salvador, Roberto and Manuel; sisters, Rosa and Leticia; and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Francisco is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Ruiz Medina and Maria Guadalupe Villanueva Espinoza; and brother, Francisco.
