Juanito L. Estrada, age 66, of Dinuba, California, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25, 2025. He was born in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Philippines, to Consuelo Lerdan Estrada and Felix Quintero Estrada.
Affectionately known as Papá June, Juanito lived a life full of joy, love, and adventure. He had a vibrant personality, funny, social, and stress-free, bringing laughter and warmth wherever he went. A hard-working provider and a generous soul, he was deeply devoted to his family and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Juanito had a zest for life and found happiness in dancing, shopping, and embarking on spontaneous adventures. He especially enjoyed going to the casino and being surrounded by others. He had a natural talent for being the life of the party and cherished spending quality time with his wife of 32 years, Maruchi Flores Estrada, and their children.
A proud fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Golden State Warriors, Juanito loved cheering for his teams with passion and pride. One of the greatest joys in his later years was becoming a grandfather, he was overjoyed to welcome his grandson and eagerly looked forward to his role as a loving "Papá June."
Juanito is survived by his beloved wife, Maruchi Estrada; his daughter Alyssa Estrada (Jose Silva); his son Markjohn Estrada; and his grandson, Elliot Mateo Silva. He also leaves behind his sisters Josie Aniag and Jean Bergonia, and numerous nieces and nephews who loved and admired him: Marie Bergonia, Samantha Bergonia, Jessabeth Valencia, A.J. Bergonia, Stacy Aniag, Jaime Aniag, Jerome Estrada, Jessica Aniag, and Jenny Aniag.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Consuelo Estrada.
A visitation for Juanito will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, located at 189 South J Street in Dinuba, California. A rosary will be recited that same evening at 6:00 PM. The funeral mass will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 8:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 356 N Villa Avenue, Dinuba, followed by interment at Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Road 100, Dinuba.
Juanito's presence brought joy to all who knew him. His legacy of laughter, love, and resilience will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
