Melchor Cabacungan Licuan, age 76, of Orosi, California passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Melchor was born in California to Primitiva Licuan and Pedro Licuan.

Melchor is survived by his wife, Gloria Licuan; his son Mark Licuan; his father Pedro Licuan and his mother Primitiva Licuan.

A visitation for Melchor will be held Friday, October 10, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, 189 South J Street, Dinuba, CA 93618. A service will occur Friday, October 10, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 189 South J Street, Dinuba, CA 93618. A burial will occur Friday, October 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Rd 100, Dinuba, CA 93618.

Serving as pallbearers are Mark Diza Licuan, Richard Cayleb Oh, Richard Licuan Lista, Nelson Licuan Lista, Sherwin Lista Domingcil and Joseph Cruz Alcaraz .
