He was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Edward Williams, and two sisters, Joy Marie Williams and Tammy Sue Williams.
Paul is survived by his daughter, Carly Williams of Redding; his parents, Edd and Lucille Williams of Squaw Valley; and his sister, Crystal Reynaga of Clovis, CA
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016, at 2:00 PM at Dopkins Funeral Chapel in Dinuba.
