She was preceded in death by her parents Eduardo and Gabriela Curiel. Her husband, Gilbert B Chavez; her son in law, Cesar Mendoza and her siblings and spouses: Juan & (Cruz) Curiel, Mercedes & (Luis) Aviles, Guadalupe & (Antonio) Diaz, MaryLou & (Ramon) Carrillo, Clarence & (Antonia) Curiel, Jessie & (Benny) Vega, Queenie & (Gilbert) Ramoz.
She is survived by her children Yolanda Mendoza, Margaret & (Joseph) Arroyo, Tille & (Jesse) Hernandez, Gilbert & (Gloria) Chavez, Eddie & (Alicia Romo) Chavez, and Michael &
(Minnie) Chavez. She has 23 grandkids, 28 great grandkids and 1 great, great grandson.
Ramona’s services will be held Monday, October 30th at Living Word Fellowship at 10:00 am. Internment immediately following at Smith Mtn Cemetery.
