Raquel Martinez was born on July 30, 1987 to Anita & Humberto Martinez in Dinuba, California. She worked as a Social Worker for Health Advocates for 4 years after receiving her Bachelors Degree from Cal State University of Bakersfield. She passed away in Cutler, Ca on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the age of 26. She is survived by her parents, Anita & Humberto Martinez, one brother, David Martinez, one sister, Vanessa Martinez, and one niece, Kaitlyn Herrera. The wake service held in her honor will be at Dopkins Funeral Chapel on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 6 pm with the viewing from 3-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at The Cutler Christian Worship Center on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 10 AM followed by burial at Smith Mountain Cemetery
