Raymond is survived by his son Stephen Dall; his son Douglas Dall; his daughter Cynthia Kubicek; and his son Keenan Dall.
Raymond was preceded in death by his wife Bettie H. Dall; his son Art Dall and his son Keven Dall.

A visitation for Raymond will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, 189 South J Street, Dinuba, CA 93618. A rosary will occur Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 5:30 PM. A funeral mass will occur Friday, November 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at St Catherine's Catholic Church, 356 N. Villa Ave, Dinuba, CA 93618.
Raymond will be laid to rest in Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Road 100, Dinuba, CA 93618.
