Born on September 7, 1955, in Sanger, California, Sharon lived a life centered on family, love, laughter, and the simple joys that made every day special. She shared a devoted marriage with her husband, Michael Stafford, and together they built a loving family that was the pride and joy of her life.
Sharon was a dedicated mother to her three children, Wayne, Kathryn, and Keith, and a cherished grandmother to Noah, Bethany, Abbie, and Aubree. Nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her family, creating memories that will be treasured for generations to come.
For more than a decade, Sharon worked as a bookkeeper for Klippenstein Corporation, where she was known for her reliability, strong work ethic, and friendly spirit. She approached her work with the same care and dedication that she brought to every aspect of her life.
Sharon found happiness in many simple pleasures. She loved listening to classic country music, camping with family and friends at Bass Lake and Trimmer Campground, and spending quiet afternoons working on puzzles. She never missed an opportunity to test her knowledge while playing along with Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy from the comfort of her living room. She also enjoyed television shows about ghosts and mysteries, always eager for the next unexplained adventure.
Some of Sharon’s most treasured moments were spent in the kitchen during Thanksgiving and Christmas. She delighted in cooking alongside her daughter Kathryn, her granddaughters, her daughter-in-law Julie, and her son’s fiancée Vida. These gatherings were filled with laughter, stories, and the warmth of family traditions that she helped create and preserve.
Sharon had a special fondness for her daughter’s stray kittens, always welcoming them with affection and a smile. She also enjoyed family outings to Sal’s Mexican Restaurant in Selma and could often be found relaxing with Michael while occasionally watching NASCAR races together.
Those who knew Sharon will remember her kind heart, gentle nature, sense of humor, and unwavering love for her family. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel welcome, valued, and loved. Her legacy lives on in the countless memories she created, the traditions she passed down, and the family she cherished so deeply.
Though her presence will be profoundly missed, Sharon’s love remains a lasting gift to all who knew her. Her family takes comfort in knowing that the bonds she nurtured throughout her life will continue to unite them, and that her memory will forever live in their hearts.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Michael Stafford; her children, Wayne, Kathryn, and Keith; her grandchildren, Noah, Bethany, Abbie, and Aubree; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
May her memory bring comfort, strength, and peace to all who were blessed to know and love her.
