Silvano left home at the age of 14 to start his own path in life. He was baptized March 22, 1969 in Madera, California and was an Elder since 1972. He started pioneering in 1985 until his passing.
Silvano is survived by his son Jay Gonzalez; his daughter Diana Barrera; his granddaughter Brittany Katelyn Gomez; his great-grandson Andy Miguel Gomez and his sisters: Aida Sanchez, Maria Cruz Hinojosa, Irma Lopez and Marta Gonzalez.
Silvano was preceded in death by his wife Aurora Gonzalez; his father Jose Cantu Gonzalez and his mother Cleotilde Garcia.
A visitation for Silvano will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, 189 South J Street, Dinuba, CA 93618. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1983 E Nebraska Ave, Dinuba, CA 93618. Followed by an interment at Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Rd 100, Dinuba, CA 93618.
