Annette Cohen age 81 of Commack, NY passed away on Saturday August 9, 2014. She will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held at IJ Morris Dix Hills on Monday August 11, 2014 commencing at 1:00pm. Cremation services will be private. Shiva will be observed at the "Cohen " residence, (6 Vine Haven Lane. Commack, NY 11725) Monday and Tuesday 2:00pm - 8:00pm and on Wednesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
