Charlotte Schweber age 93 of Commack, NY passed away on October 12, 2014. She will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held graveside on Sunday October 12, 2014 commencing at 1:00pm at the New Montefiore Cemetery in Pinelawn, NY. Those attending please meet at the cemetery office.
