Elliot Wertheim has entered into eternal rest at the age of 66 years old. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 10:00 am at I.J. Morris, 21 East Deer Park Road, Dix Hills, New York and interment will follow at Beth Moses Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York.
The passing of Mr. Wertheim comes with the deepest of sadness for his family. He will forever be in their hearts and will be missed. If you will be attending services please arrive at the Chapel at 9:15 am.
