SCHWARTZ, Gertrude 95 of Commack, NY sadly passed away on February 15, 2016. She will be sorely missed and was loved by all. Funeral Services will be held at the I.J. Morris 21 East Deer Park Rd Dix Hills, NY, 11746 on Thursday, February 18 at 12:00pm. Interment will take place immediately following at the New Montefiore Cemetery.
