Krasowitz, Gloria – 82 of Dix Hills, NY sadly passed away on January 14, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Jerome Krasowitz; loving mother of Gwenn (Peter) Spadaro, Michael Krasowitz, Seth (Hiroko) Krasowitz, Heidi (Mark) Walker, and Jason (Adrienne) Krasowitz. adored grandmother of Jacob, Keke, Kaleigh, Leo, Noah, Max, Sam, Lucy and Eliza; and cherished sister of Rita, Bernice and Judy and late brother Marty. Gloria worked for the Commack Public library for 35 years, and was loved and respected by all. Services will be held at IJ Morris Dix Hills on Thursday January 17, 2013 with visiting at 10:00am and services commencing at 11:30am; private cremation to follow. Shiva will be observed at the Krasowitz residence, (9 Fuller St. Deer Park, NY 11746) Thursday following the service lasting for one week In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Yorkie911 Rescue, or to any charity of choice in Gloria’s name.
