Martin Hochman

June 27, 1937 - September 4, 2026

Marty Hochman passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 4, 2026. He is survived by Norma, the love of his life, and cherished wife of 67 years, his beloved brother Kenneth Hochman, his loving daughters, Jackie Pettinicchi and Donna Sadowsky (Jeffrey), as well as his devoted and adoring grandchildren, Lynette, Marina, Jason (Christina), Jared (Kim), Faith, Darah and his beloved great-granddaughter Gianna.

Marty was an active member of his community and served on the board of Sunrise Bay in Little Egg Harbor, NJ for over 20 years, many as elected President of the Board. He and Norma made many good friends and neighbors there who they remained extremely close with.

Marty had a lifelong passion as an avid photographer, winning several awards for his stunning landscapes and wildlife taken both locally and during he and Norma's many world travels, often accompanied by his beloved siblings and their spouses. But his true love was photographing each and every family event and recording every moment in time of the family he loved and adored so much.

Marty has joined his adored sister Janet and his parents David and Rae, who predeceased him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, and may he be at peace now and forever.

The family will be receiving guests for Shiva on Thursday September 10th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
