For more than 50 years, Myra was married to Kenneth Silverman, and she will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife whose steady thoughtfulness and generosity were felt in the everyday moments that make a life. Her kindness was not performative or fleeting; it was a quiet, consistent presence that shaped the way she cared for those around her.
Myra found comfort and contentment in simple pleasures: sitting outside in the sun on a hot day, a hot coffee close at hand, and the familiar routines that made each day her own. She enjoyed working out at the gym and walking around the neighborhood, keeping an active rhythm that reflected her grounded approach to life. Summers were often spent upstate at Kaufmans Bungalow Colony, and she later purchased a home in Patio Homes—places that held the warmth of season, habit, and home.
Myra is survived by 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 sister.
