A funeral service for Neal will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at I. J. Morris, 21 E Deer Park Rd, Dix Hills, New York 11746.
Anyone who will be attending the funeral service is asked to arrive at the chapel by 10:30am.
