A funeral service for Philip will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 12:00 PM at I. J. Morris, 21 E Deer Park Rd, Dix Hills, New York 11746. The interment will occur immediately following at the Baron Hirsch Cemetery in Staten Island, NY.
