I am so very sorry to hear of Philly's death. I had the pleasure of working with him in the 114 in the 1980's. He was the only Officer who everyone loved and respected he was kind and professional. God rest him in peace!

Dear May Family,
I also was a rookie back in the 80's at the 114 Precinct. I remember him being one of nicest guys that took us under his wing and showed us the ropes. Philly was a cops cop and always a gentleman. Thinking of you in my thoughts and prayers..Rest in Peace Philly. Maria Volpe-Endrizzi
