I sure miss Richard and cannot believe it has been three years.  He taught me so much and was a fantastic teacher.  His seminars were so informative.  Working with him in the plants was always eye opening.  Sure do miss him.

I was so sorry to hear about Richard's passing.  He presented at numerous AIB seminars and workshops and did such a wonderful job!  He was a great guy and he was always fun to be around!  His passing is a loss to the industry and he won't be easily replaced.  He will be missed.

It is difficult to tell you how deeply I feel about Richard's untimely death.
What started many years ago as a business relationship, between Richard and me, quickly became a warm friendship.  It was a true privilege to have known him so well and I will never forget his thoughtfulness and kindness.  I know he loved watching the New York Giants football games with his young grandson sitting on his lap.  Family was a top priority for Richard.
Richard supported Frito Lay and Quaker as a true business partner.  We leveraged his support and expertise at numerous plants and  he taught at our Food Safety seminars.  He made many friends and was a mentor to many folks at our plants.  Richard always received Great reviews on how he taught the plants integrated pest management.  He was so patient and would go out of his way to be clear, concise and always checked for understanding.  In a moments notice, Richard would be off to supporting a plant with all his passion.
With great personal sorrow, I ask to share your loss and to extend my heartfelt sympathy.

I had the pleasure of meeting Richard about 7 years ago on an assignment. Working with Richard, his professionalism and wealth of knowledge in the pest control industry i must say, i was very impressed. I remember attending one of his seminars at Hershey PA. where he invited me to dinner along with his colleagues where i got to meet on a personal level some of the speakers, one of them Bobby Corrigan where it sparked my passion in the IMP industry. I have learned a lot from Richard and he was always available to talk and lend advice. I most enjoyed the occasional calls just to say hello and to see how i was doing. I truly appreciate all that Richard has done for me and so many others. He will be dearly missed. Praying for the peace and comfort of God that He alone can give.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my friend. Richard and I worked together many times as he often supported my Frito-Lay and Quaker plants. He was such a great teacher and coach to me and so many others in the food safety world. His consistent passion and energy to help solve issues while also teaching others was amazing. Even though he did not work directly for Frito or Quaker, he was such an amazing partner and supporter to our plants, our people,  and our brands. I loved getting to go to dinner with him and share our stories and just absorb as much of his knowledge as I could. To The Richard Kammerling Family, The Lord God comfort you knowing that this Great Man, Leader, Father and Grandfather is in heaven.  During his time, he prepared all of us by his example of kindness, professionalism, humor and intense passion for IPM in the food industry.  I will miss our calls, texts and talking about past IPM stories & trips, sports and other discussions.  He was a kind person and mentored me and so many others.  Richard's Gentle Strength, Love for his family and colleagues was his greatest gift and will be treasured by all.
