Robert Ira Rubenstein age 56 of Commack, NY passed away on June 3, 2013. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years Ellen, his loving children Genie (Darrell) and Heather, his adored grandchildren Hunter, Sierra, and Maverick, as well as his brother Scott (Lynne), and his nephews Max and Marcus, and niece Mallory. May his memory be eternal. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday June 5, 2013 commencing at 1:00pm at the Wellwood Cemetery in Pinelawn, NY. Those attending please meet at the cemetery office. Shiva will be observed at the Rubenstein Residence, Wednesday following services through Friday afternoon, and will resume Saturday evening through Sunday. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
