Stuart Harrison Morris

Morris, Stuart Harrison – 75 of Delray Beach, Florida and formerly of Ronkonkoma, NY passed away sadly on April 29, 2012. Stuart leaves behind his beloved wife of 53 years Annette; his loving children Leslie and Doug Zindulka, and Justin and Rita Morris; as well as his cherished grandchildren Brooke, Dylan, Morgan, Alexis, Angela and Justin. Stuart was employed as a computer programmer for his entire career, and for 30 plus years he served the Lakeland Fire Department in Ronkonkoma, NY as a volunteer fireman, and eventually was elected as fire commissioner. Later in life, while living in Delray Beach, FL Stuart proudly served his community as a volunteer policeman. His love for civil service was evident by his superb track record; he will be missed by many. Services will be held at I.J. Morris Dix Hills on Wednesday May 2, 2012 at 10:00am, with interment to immediately follow at the Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY. Shiva will be observed at the home of Leslie and Doug Zindulka, 35 Woodfield Avenue. Ft. Salonga, NY 11768, Wednesday following the service, Thursday and Friday after 11:00am until sundown Friday evening. May Stuart’s memory be for a blessing.
