Florence Potter, age 79, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 14, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Potter. She is survived by her sons Roger (Melody Sessions) Potter and Dan (Amy) Potter; grandchildren Jenna Potter (Joey Schloff), Trevor, Tyler, and Alex Potter; great-grandchild, Paisley Schloff (and great-grandson on the way); sister-in-law Mary DeJong; brother-in-law Robert Kroll; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th Street, Dorr, MI 49323. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 18, 2020 at Moline CRC, 4341 Chappell Street Moline, MI 49335, with visitation from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Florence, contributions may be made to Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services or Moline Christian School.
