I was sad to hear about the passing of Fred a few days ago. I've known Fred for about 50 years and hadn't seen him in a very long time..I had gone to the casino one day and turned around and there he was after all these years. I got to have a nice talk with him. My prayers go out to his family.. he was such a nice guy.

Fred would have all of us laughing. His humor surpassed any other I have known. He also had compassion. Fred would stop at my mother's house from time to time to visit Mrs. Peters and get a large bowl of her homemade chicken soup or her spaghetti. Fred loved to sit and talk with me mum over a cup of coffee. He also enjoyed a good conversation with me father. I enjoyed the visits with Fred. He was truly one of a kind. God Bless your soul Fred. We will party once again someday...Love Ya Friend

I remember Fred mostly during his time at Jenison HS. He and my brother Randy were good friends. He always talked to my mom when Randy wasn't home and always had a smile and friendly conversations with my dad when Fred would come into the Wyoming Moose. RIP Fred, God Bless.
