Gale “Cliff” Navis, age 85 of Salem Township, passed away peacefully January 15, 2024 with his family by his side. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents Otto and Iola (Miller) Navis; brothers Ken, Geordie, and Stan Navis. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Jan; children Shenda (Carmen) Iannello, Jay (Sandy) Navis, and Shawn Navis; grandchildren Jessica (Richard) Scibetti, Erica (Spenser) Iannello, Allie (Clayton) Williams, Raelynn and Chase Navis; great-grandchildren Parker and Ashton Scibetti and baby girl Williams on the way; brother, Boyd (Chris) Navis; sister-in-law, Mary Navis.

A funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th Street, Dorr, MI 49323, with visitation from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. prior to the service.
