Jim enjoyed wrestling and classic cars. He graduated from Jackson High School and later moved to the Dorr area were he worked as a rural newspaper deliverer as well as a dishwasher until his retirement.
Jim had an 11 year battle with Alzheimer’s and was a resident of the Laurels of Sandy Creek in Wayland, MI.
Jim will be remembered by his wife of 27 years, Catherine Stone, of Dorr, MI; Catherine’s son, Douglas (Darla) Chriswell of Gainesboro, TN; great-grandchildren Synthera and Storm.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents Clifford Sr. and Margaret Stone of Jackson, MI; siblings Carl Stone, Clifford Stone Jr., Harold Stone, and Yvonne.
