Jane VanDyke, age 86, was called home to her final resting place and reunited with her husband, children, and sisters. She passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021, due to health complications. Jane was born June 29, 1935 in Ocheyedan, Iowa. Her family later relocated to Rehoboth, New Mexico where Jane grew up. She is survived by her children Karen (Jeff) Pomeroy, Dennis (Sherry) VanDyke, Henry "Pete" Vandyke, and Ken Noorman who was like another son to her; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Evert VanderStoep; many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or a charity of your choice. In keeping with Jane's wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of life gathering is planned for July 2, 2022.
