Joyce Parker, age 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, October 29, 2025, after a fierce and courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her triplet infants; parents Ellsworth and Naomi Bassett; in-laws Robert and Nellie Parker; and brother-in-law, Elwyn Culver. Together with her husband, she opened their home as loving foster parents to nearly 30 children over the years.
