Joyce enjoyed making her home a cozy place to be. She spent time crocheting, tending to her garden, and canning. Joyce enjoyed quiet time and the simple pleasures of life.
Joyce will be remembered by her brother, David (Connie) Hupp; nieces and nephews Merri (Jeff) Smith, Dave (Frannie) Hupp, Rebecca (Ross) Pfauth, Al (Amanda) Hupp; many great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Edward Waugh; and parents Alfred and Helen Hupp.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services (Dorr Chapel), 4330 18th St., Dorr, MI 49323, with visitation one hour prior. Joyce will be laid to rest at Hooker Cemetery in Leighton Township, MI.
