He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years, Debrah Doud; children Lori Schulz, Jessica (Matt Zawila) Trinklein, Brandon (Tori) Doud; grandchildren Emily Schulz, Hunter Schulz, Bryce Trinklein, Warren Doud, Madison Doud; parents Glenn and Leona Doud; siblings Douglas (Sue) Doud, Dawn (Clark) Compton, Gail (Doug) Boughner; mother-in-law, Nancy Popielarz; brothers-in-law Stephen (Peggy) Popielarz, Terry (Julee) Popielarz; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ricky was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Edward Popielarz.
Visitation with Ricky’s family and friends will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2024 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th Street, Dorr, Michigan 49323. Celebration of Ricky’s life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 28, with an hour of visitation prior, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 2907 24th St., Hopkins, MI 49328.
