Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Byrd Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Elbert Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery with Byrd Funeral Home on West Main Street directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service time.
Mrs. Starr was preceded in death by her parents, Leamon and Clemmie Mock of Elba, and her husband, Kenneth Starr of Dothan.
Survivors include one son, Andy Starr of Dothan; one sister and brother-in-law, Jane and James Hataway of Elba; and several nieces and nephews.
