Mrs. Andrea Lawler Roberts, age 57, of Summerville, South Carolina, formerly of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020. She was born April 13, 1963 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a 1981 graduate of Douglas County High School. A great Mom, she loved being around family and friends, enjoyed meeting new people, and loved her pet chickens. Her favorite color was pink and she loved anything that glittered. She enjoyed arts and crafts, especially beading. One of her favorite pastimes was spending time in the sun, enjoying the beach and the ocean. A music fan, she enjoyed attending concerts and had the opportunity to see KISS, Toby Keith and Bob Seger. She was of the Methodist faith, was a Sunday School teacher and a member of a Bible study group.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years and high school sweetheart, Richard Roberts; her parents, Noble and Janie (Teal) Lawler; her daughter, Alicia Roberts (Matthew Frankie); her son, Richard W. Roberts III; one grandson, Luke Frankie, who she loved with all her heart; a sister, Sherry (Gene) Sanders; as well as many other friends and family.
A Celebration of Life service will be planned at a later date.
