
Beverly Taylor Coffee, 87, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Born on December 11, 1936, to Thomas and Kathryn Taylor, Ms. Coffee was a lifelong resident of metro Atlanta. She was a 1954 graduate of Murphy High School. Beverly was married to the Reverend Marvin F. Coffee for 53 years. She worked at Aetna Insurance and Emory University as well as fully supporting Reverend Coffee’s ministry work in the United Methodist Church. In her spare time, Beverly enjoyed crossword puzzles, books, and the show “Jeopardy.”
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Reverend Marvin F. Coffee.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Craig Coffee; daughter, Cathy Fischer and husband Jeff Fischer; grandson, Wesley Fischer and wife Linda Nguyen; great-granddaughter, Tessa Fischer; sister, Judy Woolf; as well as numerous loving cousins, nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces. Beverly was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by all who loved her.
A graveside service is planned for Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.
