In recent years, Carolyn arose on Sunday mornings to listen to Dr. Charles Stanley and lived by his teachings.
Preceding her in death were her beloved husband of 40 years, James H. Williams; her parents, Charles Herman and Brady Lucille (Talley) Rogers; and a son, Tim Williams.
