Mrs. Debbie Kay Buckland, age 51, of Douglasville, GA passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. She was born September 20, 1964 in Dallas GA. Mrs. Buckland was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family and enjoyed doing things for them and spending time with them.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Doty and Clara Ellis; her sister, Linda Ellis; and brother, Mark Ellis.
She is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Nelson; daughters, Dottie, Clara and Ashley; granddaughter, Victoria; brothers, Ricky and Kenny; sisters, Robin, Carol and Jeanette; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 20, 2016 and Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 9:00 pm. The funeral will be held in the Rosehaven Chapel on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
