Mr. Derrick Fitzgerald Sealy, age 55, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022. He was born and raised in Trinidad, West Indies on November 18, 1966. Derrick was a loving husband and father to his two girls, Chanell and Chanise. He and his wife, Kizzy, have been married almost 20 years. He was a fan of both American football, soccer, and cricket. In his younger years he enjoyed track. Even after school, Derrick was an avid track runner.
Preceding him in death was his father, Allan Fitzgerald Sealy.
Survivors include his wife, Kizzy Sealy; his daughters, Chanell and Chanise Sealy; his mother, Angela Sealy; his siblings, Anne-Marie Grimblot, Patricia Sealy-Joseph, and Dexter Sealy. Relative of the Abbott’s, Horne’s, Solomon’s, Barr’s and Beache’s.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm in the Rosehaven Chapel.
