Dorotha was a lover of all things crafting. Quilting, sewing, crocheting, embroidering – she could do it all. During her working life, she spent most of her career with Printpack as a Lab Technician. Most of all she loved her children and grandchildren and being able to spend time with them. Christmas time was always her favorite and so special to her.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Johnnie Sexton, and her husband, Johnny, Johnathan Edwards, and his husband, Jeffrey Blair, and Austin Edwards; her siblings, Betty and Marty; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William "Doug" Edwards; and siblings, “Sis”, Lynn, Mary, Walter, and Calvin.
In accordance with her wishes, Dorotha will be cremated. The family will host a Celebration of Life on her birthday, August 15, 2026 with additional details to be added at a later time.
