

Mr. Grady Stokes Stallings, age 71, of Winston, GA went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 8, 2015. Grady fought a valiant battle with cancer for four years and now will find peace at the feet of Jesus. He was born November 12, 1943 in Washington, DC. Grady was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was retired from Schwing America Concrete Company in 2001. He was a member of Spirit Life Church in Powder Springs, GA. Grady will be remembered for his “servant’s heart” and willingness to help anyone in need.
Grady was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Annie Stallings; a sister, Eileen Dodson; and a brother, Randy Stallings.
Grady is survived by his loving bride of 38 years, Ann Stallings; five children, Deena Stallings, Kim Stallings Butler, Don Stallings, Peyton Stallings and Stokes Stallings; twelve grandchildren, Brittany Fields, Justin Gossage, Leigh Ann Butler, Nick Stallings, Stephanie Stallings, Griffin Rogers, Lyndsey Harman, Olivia Stallings, Emma Stallings, Allie Stallings, Sydney Stallings, and Jacob Priddy; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda Gill and her husband Charles, and Glenda Tomlinson and her husband Bruce.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Monday, August 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Spirit Life Church, 4889 Hill Road, Powder Springs, GA 30127. Interment will follow at Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery, 8445 Ephesus Church Road, Villa Rica, GA 30180. Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Gossage, Aurellio Avila, John Palmer, Dr. Edward Pham, Andy Petrecelli, Fred Adkinson, Mike Mason, Rocky Brumbelow, Joe Douglas, Griffin Rogers, and Paul Robinson.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
