Mrs. Inez Floy Harper, age 62, of Carrollton, GA passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015. She was born August 25, 1952 in Villa Rica, GA. Mrs. Harper was a stay-at-home mom and enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed sewing and crafts, especially working with beads, which led to her and her husband opening a craft shop.
Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Floy Arrington Turner; a brother Ernest Turner; and sister-in-law, Rebecca Lynn Carlton.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Harper; daughter, Jessica Lynn Harper; sisters-in-law, Debbie Turner and Elizabeth Harris; brothers-in-law, Anthony Harper and Richard Dewey Carlton; nieces and nephews, Rochelle, Andy, Michael, Danny, Aaron, Laura, Hendrix and Halen; great-nieces and great-nephews, Keira, Leigh Ann and Logan; as well as other family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Monday, June 29, 2015 at 5:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel. Interment will follow at Rosehaven Memorial Park.
