James Arthur Morrow Jr.

Mr. James A. Morrow, Jr. affectionately known by his friends and family as “Junior”, of Villa Rica, died peacefully on Friday April 15, 2016 surrounded by his family and friends. Junior was born on October 1, 1951, the son of Betty Head Morrow and the late James Arthur Morrow, Sr. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War serving in the United States Army. He was a devoted companion, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his devoted companion, Judy McClure; one daughter, Khristine Rice of Carrollton; step-daughters, Beth McClure and Michelle McClure; step-son, Michael McClure; Two brothers, David and Henry Morrow; three sisters, Patricia Tilley, Cathy Morrow, and Janie Collins; grandchildren, Raymond Peralta, Jessica Decker, Samantha Morrow, Brittany Fields; step-grandchildren, Holly Carver, Jessica Everhardt, Mallory McClure and Corbin McClure; great-grandchildren, Dakotah Decker, Liam Decker and Ava Shae Wyatt along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Morrow will be conducted on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 11 am from the Rosehaven Chapel of the Whitley Garner Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Cramer and Mr. Mike McFall delivering the eulogy. Burial with military honors will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Peralta, James Harp, Henry Morrow, Jr., Corbin McClure, Mallory McClure, Jessica Everhardt, and Matthew Decker and Henry Morrow, Sr.
