Ms. Watkins was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Raiford Watkins, Jr. and Florence Holloway Watkins.
She is survived by her sister, Betty Belcher; nieces Amy Belcher (Dena Callahan) and Raeanne Belcher Lowry (Robby); great-nephew, William Lowry; and numerous other relatives.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Dr. Richard Walker officiating. Interment will follow at College Park City Cemetery.
