

Born on December 19, 1928, in Atlanta, she devoted over 30 years of faithful service to Pray’s Mill Baptist Church as the financial secretary and was also a covenant member.
She is preceded in death by her father, Lynn Boylen; her mother, Evelyn McLeod; her husband, Byron Daniel; and her sisters, Joan Manis and Patty Farmer.
She is survived by her siblings: Catherine (Charles) Rice and Lynn (Deborah) Boylen; sister-in-law Virginia (Marion) Daniel; nieces and
nephews; her three children: David (Judy) Daniel, Lorraine (Joey) Noland, and Donna Daniel, along with her grandchildren: Justin (Laura) Chalkley, Marcellus (Vernie) Clark, and DJ Clark; great-grandchildren: Raina, Scarlett, and Annabelle Chalkley; Ren, Esra, and Vesper-Jean Clark.
An avid gardener, Jeannine enjoyed tending her property and appreciated numerous trips to several state gardens.
As a devoted matriarch, she invested her strength and resources into her family, generously sharing her wisdom and guidance to every family member, as well as to every person who shared her table.
As a faithful Christian, she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She served His church in Pray’s Mill for over three decades as a member, a Sunday School teacher, and as its financial secretary. As a result of her humble obedience and joyful perseverance, the legacy of her faith has been passed down to the next generation. Even to her last breath, the ministry of the Gospel was her chief concern.
A memorial service will be held on October 18, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Pray’s Mill Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.
