Mr. Harper was preceded in death by his mother, Dot Harper; father, Jesse Ray “Bud” Harper; son, Blaton Anthony Harper; and best friend, Calvin Davis.
He is survived by his former wife and best friend, Alisha Nations; brothers, Stanley Harper, Bruce Harper and Scott Harper; sisters, Tammy Moore and Michelle Key; and numerous other family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Brother Green officiating.
