Mr. Jose Antonio Moreno, age 52, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019. He was born February 21, 1967 in Cabanas, El Salvador. Mr. Moreno loved traveling with his wife, and especially enjoyed the ocean. He was a “jack-of-all-trades”, enjoyed working with his tools and owned his own remodeling company. Mr. Moreno loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar.
Mr. Moreno was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Moreno.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carmin L. Moreno; his father, Gregorio Hernandez Alcaro and mother, Cruz Moreno-Rivas; brothers, Raul Moreno, Jamie Moreno and Miguel Moreno; sisters, Cristina Moreno and Elba Moreno; and his beloved canine companion, PePe.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The funeral mass will follow at 2:00 PM at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Interment will be at a later date in El Salvador.
