Juan Octavio Galarza, 73, of Douglasville, GA passed away, peacefully, on Friday, November 22, 2019. Juan was born in Quito, Ecuador to the late Ana Galarza. Mr. Galarza was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a proud member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Douglasville, GA and loved to spend time with his friends. Juan enjoyed traveling with his loving wife Reina, of 34 years. He was a happy man who loved to dance and have a great time. Juan was also a member of the Ecuadorian Civic Community, in which he was proud to serve.

Juan was preceded in death by his mother, Ana Galarza.

Mr. Galarza is survived by his lovely wife, Reina Galarza; son, Eduardo Galarza; daughters, Claudia Galarza, Gabriele Galarza, Ana Maria Galarza Harris, and Jeanette Mercedes Galarza Belmar; sister, Marta Celi; grandchildren, Justin Galarza, Angelicia Galarza, Jayda Galarza, Jackson Harris, Daniel Harris, Ana Galarza, Bella Monfoletto, Scarlett Monfoletto, and John Robert Bainer. Visitation for Mr. Galarza will be on Friday, November 29, 2019 at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home, from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held for Mr. Galarza on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Theresa Catholic Church.
