Kenneth Jeffrey Morgan, age 70 passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Kenneth Jeffrey Morgan, a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away at his residence. He was 70 years old. Born on June 20, 1954, in Opp, Alabama, Kenneth was the son of the late Clarence and Sally Hammett Morgan.
Kenneth dedicated much of his professional life to his role as a plant director and later joined his sons in the car business at Five Star Nissan. Outside of work, he found joy in simple pleasures-fishing, riding motorcycles, and exploring local yard sales were among his favorite pastimes. He had a special talent for making his grandchildren's smiles brighter, often delighting them with homemade strawberry pies and captivating stories that sparked their imaginations, often with a thrilling scare.
An accomplished artist, Kenneth possessed a unique ability to bring stories to life through his drawings. His laid-back personality made him a joy to be around; he embraced life with an easy-going spirit and a "go with the flow" attitude that inspired those who knew him.
Kenneth's love for his family was boundless. As a devoted dad and granddad, he created cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Morgan.
His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Kathy Clelland (James) of Elko, Lee Wingate (Misty) of Bonaire, Jeremy Morgan (Katrina), and Michael Morgan, all of Elko, and Jason Morgan (Katrina) of Leesburg; grandchildren, Bradley, Zachary, Alyssa, Dylan, Devin, Olivia, Talon, Sage, Kaylie, Austin, Aleigha, Megan, Ethan, and Evan; as well as great-grandchildren, Elijah, Emma, Abigail, James, Halle, Adaline, and Aiden.
